Mia Derrico led Old Tappan with 18 points in its 72-41 triumph against Cresskill in the Joe Poli Tournament in Old Tappan.

Old Tappan (4-1) led Creskill 40-20 at halftime, limiting Cresskill to eight points in the second quarter.
